Take the counts from eBay
eBay knows how many of each thing is left. This copies those counts across for every listing it can identify for certain. It never guesses which listing is which, so nothing here can put stock on the wrong row.

Checking eBay records a sale on its own. Click a name to open it on eBay, or hover a picture to see it bigger.
A short name only confuses when two things share it or it says too little. These keep whatever tells your things apart and drop the rest. Renaming never touches a past sale — those keep the name they sold under. Edit any of them before you press.
The tracker

It can read everything in the tracker and answer in plain words. It cannot change anything — recording a sale, paying somebody out and matching a listing all stay buttons you press on purpose.
New listing
Start a listing
Say what the thing is. The tracker looks up what it is going for, drafts the listing, and shows you the listings it priced against. You check it, copy it into eBay, and post it yourself — the tracker never posts anything.
What it is going for
These are listings up on eBay now, with how many each has sold. eBay does not let the tracker search finished listings, so "has sold" means this listing has shifted one — not that it is a completed sale.

The tracker still has these on the shelf, but eBay has no record of them — neither up for sale nor sold. Anything that sold is left out of this list, because its sale still needs the listing to land on. Untick anything you want to keep.

eBay calls things by their full keyword-stuffed name and you call them something shorter, so the tracker cannot tell on its own which is which. Match one up and it stays matched — its photo appears, and its sales record themselves from then on.
Newly listed things live here until they are added. Adding one creates a listing with eBay's name, price, stock and photo, already matched — so its sales record themselves from then on. Set whose it is above, or per row. Untick any you don't want.
Each of these has two things agreeing: the name was recognised, and your price for it is exactly eBay's price. Untick anything that looks wrong before you press.
